Terms of Service

Joblentra provides a jobs board (including listings aggregated from employers' public recruitment feeds), seeker profiles and applications, employer company pages, job posting, candidate tools, and optional AI-assisted features (CV parsing, job-fit previews, and advisory matching or screening signals), and paid listing tiers and add-ons as described at checkout.

AI outputs are advisory only. Fit scores, parsing results, and screening signals may be inaccurate, do not guarantee interviews or employment, and are never the sole basis for an automated decision about a person.

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

• Your profile is private by default. You control visibility and what you share with each employer.
• You confirm you have the right to upload your documents and that information you provide is truthful. Uploaded CVs are used to provide the service (parsing, matching, applications you send).

• Only authorised representatives may claim or manage a company page. Verified status means control of the page was verified, it is not a guarantee of any employer's legitimacy or of a listing's accuracy.
• Unclaimed pages are aggregated from public sources and labelled unverified. If you represent a company, you may claim the page or request correction or removal from the page itself.
• You are responsible for your job posts: lawful, accurate, non-discriminatory, with a real vacancy and a working application route. We may moderate, hold, or remove listings that breach this section.
• Listing tiers and add-ons are priced at checkout. Paid placement affects visibility as described on the pricing page.

No scraping at scale or circumventing technical limits, impersonation, posting fraudulent, discriminatory, or unlawful jobs, harvesting candidate data beyond the purpose of a live hiring process, uploading malware, probing or disrupting the service, or contacting candidates or companies in breach of anti-spam or privacy law. Employers may only use candidate data received through Joblentra to evaluate those candidates for the relevant role.

You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant us a licence to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the service. Company names and logos on unclaimed pages are shown nominatively to identify the employer.

Listings may link to employer sites and third-party application flows. We are not responsible for third-party content or hiring decisions.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes. The service is provided as available, without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for hiring outcomes or indirect losses.

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for breach. Sections that by nature should survive (fees owed, liability, governing law) survive termination.
