Privacy Policy

Account holders (seekers)

• Account details: name, email, authentication credentials (hashed), optional profile photo.
• Profile details you choose to add. Profiles are private by default; nothing is public unless you set it public or unlisted.
• Documents you upload (CVs and imports). We parse them to pre-fill your profile; you review before use.
• Applications, saved jobs, messages with employers, and notifications.

Employers

• Organisation and company details, team memberships, job posts, orders and payment records.
• Card data is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Company verification evidence (work email, DNS, or documents for manual review).

Visitors

• Device, browser, and log data (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. IP addresses are hashed where used for rate limiting.

Without an account, you may upload a CV to see matching jobs. We store the uploaded file and the extracted draft for 48 hours, then delete them. If you create an account and claim the preview, the draft becomes a profile import under your control. Guest previews are never shown to employers.

We publish company pages and job listings collected from employers' public recruitment feeds. Unclaimed pages are labelled unverified. Anyone may request a correction, removal, or ownership review from the company page.

We use product analytics only with your consent. Until you accept, no analytics tool runs and nothing about your visit is sent to the analytics provider. You can change your choice from "Analytics choices" in the footer when that control is available.

We share data only with the employers you apply to or message, processors who run the service under contract, (hosting, email, payments, AI parsing for CVs you upload, analytics), and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

• Account data: while your account is active; deleted or anonymised after closure as required by law.
• Guest Fit Previews: 48 hours.
• Job listings: while published and for a period after expiry for audit and disputes.
• Payment records: as required by tax and accounting law.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection (including an absolute right to object to direct marketing). You may also complain to your data protection authority. Use your account settings or the contact options on Accessibility.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, hashed credentials and tokens, and audit logs for administrative decisions. The service is for people aged 16 and above.

We will announce material changes by email or in-product notice before they take effect.
