About the role

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HOLD A US PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE
IPB insurance is a personal lines insurance agency selling auto, home, life, and more. We serve several states in the US and have been in business for 20 years. For the last 6 years we have fully been remote.
We exist to create a path to financial independence while empowering people to become more than they thought possible. That is our vision, and it is the reason this role exists. We hire producers we intend to develop and promote, with the goal of sending some of them out to run agencies of their own. If you want a sales job, there are hundreds on this site. If you want to build a career that ends somewhere bigger than the job you’re applying for, that is a much shorter list.

What you’ll actually be doing

You’ll sell auto and home insurance to people who have a need. Inbound calls and live transfer leads — we invest heavily in lead flow, so you are not cold calling and not dialing lists for hours to reach a human. A separate service department handles endorsements, payments, and service requests, which means your day is quoting, presenting, closing, and following up on the ones who didn’t close the first time.
You’ll work a defined sales process inside our CRM, ask every customer for referrals.
What we put behind you

• Paid lead flow — you are not buying your own leads or generating your own pipeline
• A structured onboarding program, not “shadow someone for a week and good luck”
• Weekly one-on-one coaching, and a manager whose performance is measured by whether you get better
• A service department, so you sell instead of servicing
• A defined promotion track: producer → senior producer → team lead → agency ownership

Requirements

• An active Resident Property & Casualty/Personal Lines insurance license in the US
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
• Reliable computer/laptop
• 2 years sales experience
• 2 years insurance experience
• Living Outside the US

Compensation

Base salary: $24,000 — paid regardless of production
Commission: uncapped, paid on new business written premium
Realistic first-year total: $46,000-$80,000 for producers who hit expectations We’ll show you the full commission schedule during the interview process. No mystery math.
Job type: Full-time, permanent Location: Remote
