Hello. We’re Polaroid. An iconic brand, built by passionate people
Polaroid was founded in 1937 by one of the 20th century’s most influential innovators, Edwin Land, whose philosophy was: “Don’t undertake a project unless it is manifestly important and nearly impossible.”

In 2008, Polaroid produced its last pack of instant film. But a group of passionate fans refused to let instant photography disappear. What started as The Impossible Project grew into a mission to preserve and reinvent analogue photography for a new generation. More than a decade later, that same startup acquired the Polaroid brand and continues to shape its future today.
At Polaroid, we create products and experiences that spark emotion, fuel creativity, and bring people closer together. At the intersection of art and technology, we believe in the power of analogue moments and genuine human connection in an increasingly digital world.

As the Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding Polaroid’s footprint across independent retailers, distributors, resellers, and e-commerce marketplaces. We are looking for an experienced account manager with strong business acumen, execution skills, and a deep understanding of retail and online sales channels to deliver profitable customer growth and increase market share.
This role will be responsible for managing key reseller and distributor relationships, supporting marketplace growth initiatives, monitoring channel compliance, and protecting the integrity of the Polaroid brand across retail and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with Amazon and other online marketplaces, retail channel management, MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) compliance, listing optimization, and the Photo Specialty retail channel.
In addition to channel and operational management responsibilities, this role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across sales operations, finance, demand planning, product management, and marketing.

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, resellers, and specialty photo retailers to achieve sales and profitability goals.

• Achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets for assigned accounts and strategic channel partners.

• Lead new market penetration initiatives and optimize existing channel performance.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute product launches, promotions, events, and marketing initiatives that drive sell-through and maximize ROI.

• Conduct product and assortment planning with retail and online partners to drive mutually beneficial business results.

• Create and maintain sales forecasts and demand plans to support business planning and inventory management.

• Analyze sales, inventory, and market trends to recommend pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies.

• Set up, maintain, and optimize product content, imagery, and merchandising assets across retailer and marketplace portals.

• Monitor listing health, content compliance, product availability, and brand representation across Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.

• Ensure all marketplace listings comply with Polaroid brand guidelines, content standards, and retailer requirements.

• Monitor and enforce MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) compliance across reseller, distributor, and online marketplace channels.

• Protect and monitor retail and e-commerce channels to identify unauthorized sellers, pricing violations, diversion, and brand integrity concerns.

• Manage and support marketplace reseller relationships to ensure compliance, profitability, and sustainable growth.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve content, inventory, operational, and fulfillment issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of account management, sales, e-commerce, or channel management experience.

• Familiar working with Amazon and other major online marketplaces.
