About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we’re looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce’s core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Role Description
As a Sales Executive focused on the Small Business (SB) and General Business (GRB) sectors in Taiwan, you will be the owner of a designated territory. Your primary mission is to develop and execute a sales plan, driving new business acquisition and expanding relationships with existing customers through upselling and cross-selling.
You will be engaging directly with business leaders, including founders, managers, and executives. This role requires a consultative sales approach, where you act as a trusted partner rather than just a product seller.

Your Impact

• Drive Growth: You’ll be at the forefront of new business development and account expansion. By collaborating with our marketing, inside sales, and partner teams, you will identify opportunities and build strong relationships that lead to success.

• Focus on Value: We don’t just sell software; we provide a service that helps businesses grow. You’ll be able to focus on creating proposals and strategies that directly impact a customer’s success without getting bogged down by product logistics.

• Develop Key Skills: This role offers direct exposure to business owners and decision-makers, allowing you to quickly develop your skills in making proposals that directly tie to a company’s bottom line.

• Efficient Sales Cycle: Working directly with decision-makers in the SB/GRB space often means shorter sales cycles. This gives you the opportunity to quickly accumulate a wealth of closing experience.

Basic Requirements

• Approximately 3-5 years of direct B2B sales experience.

• Experience with either products or services, in IT or non-IT sectors, is welcome.

• Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of developing a sales process, prioritizing opportunities, and consistently achieving targets.

• Metrics-Driven: Experience working with and consistently meeting sales quotas.

• Consultative Sales: Demonstrated ability in solution-selling or a consultative sales approach.

• Hunter Mentality: A strong track record in new business development and lead generation.

• Growth Mindset: A strong desire for self-improvement and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Proactive Attitude: You have a customer-first mindset and a strong commitment to your sales goals. You’re proactive and driven.

• Agility & Adaptability: You are not afraid to challenge traditional methods and are open to new approaches and ideas.

• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are energized by team success.

• Resilience: You possess a positive and problem-solving mindset
