The Integrated Campaigns Creative team translates Salesforce’s products, technology, and customer moments into compelling cross-channel creative experiences and stories.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Designer on the Integrated Campaigns Creative team, you will support creative design and production for Salesforce’s Missionforce marketing initiatives.

Missionforce is Salesforce’s AI-powered platform for government, public sector, defense, and national security organizations. By bringing together trusted AI, data, and cloud technology, Missionforce helps agencies modernize operations, improve service delivery, and drive better outcomes for the communities and missions they serve.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a designer with strong visual design skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate established creative concepts into polished, production-ready assets across multiple channels. Working closely with the Missionforce Creative Lead, Art Director, Creative Project Manager, and cross-functional partners, you will help bring integrated campaigns and marketing initiatives to life through high-quality design and production.

Much of your work will focus on adapting approved creative concepts, extending campaign designs across formats, and ensuring assets are delivered on brand, on time, and to the highest production standards. You’ll also have opportunities to contribute design ideas and creative solutions within established brand and campaign direction.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the craft of design, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in producing thoughtful, pixel-perfect creative.

What You Will Do:

• Execute high-quality design and production work across Missionforce integrated campaigns, demand generation, digital, social, presentations, content, and events.
• Adapt and extend approved creative concepts, key art, and campaign designs across multiple formats, sizes, and channels while maintaining visual consistency.
• Partner closely with the Missionforce Creative Lead and Art Director to translate creative direction into polished, production-ready deliverables.
• Develop digital and print assets, including banners, social graphics, email creative, presentations, event collateral, infographics, and other marketing materials.
• Prepare, organize, and deliver final production files that meet channel specifications, brand guidelines, and technical requirements.
• Apply strong typography, layout, composition, image editing, and visual design skills to ensure a high level of craft and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with Creative Project Manager to understand project requirements, manage timelines, incorporate feedback, and deliver work on schedule.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, proactively communicating progress, questions, and potential roadblocks.
• Maintain consistency with Salesforce brand standards while adapting creative for Missionforce audiences and marketing objectives.
• Leverage design tools, templates, and emerging AI technologies to improve production efficiency and streamline creative workflows.
• Contribute design recommendations and creative problem-solving within established concepts and direction.

What Experience You Have:

• BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, production design, or digital design within an in-house creative team, marketing organization, or advertising agency.
• Experience with motion design, storyboarding, and animation is a plus, with the ability to bring creative concepts to life through motion. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on design execution, production expertise, and the ability to adapt creative concepts across multiple channels and formats.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with experience using Figma. Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital and print production processes, including file preparation, resizing, layout adaptation, and production specifications.
• Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color, layout, and brand consistency.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation, social, digital advertising, and event-related creative.
• Ability to work from established creative direction while applying independent judgment to solve design and production challenges.
• Experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and incorporating feedback efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with generative AI and emerging creative tools to support design and production workflows is a plus.

Why You Are Excited About This Role:

• You love the craft of design and take pride in delivering polished, pixel-perfect creative.
• You enjoy taking strong creative concepts and bringing them to life across a variety of channels and formats.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Creative Leads, Art Directors, Project Managers, and fellow designers.
• You enjoy balancing creative problem-solving with hands-on design execution and production.
• You are energized by opportunities to work on integrated campaigns and experiment with new tools and more efficient ways of working.
