Why Silver.dev

From the Founder of Silver.dev

Recruiters at Silver.dev are the protagonists.
Working here is not like working at a staffing agency where you’re measured by volume, or at a company where recruiting is treated as a cost center. It’s not even like other agencies that ask you to hit numbers for whatever roles they can get or promise comfort at the expense of your long-term growth.
We have the best client portfolio in the market, the best performance-based compensation, and the strongest investment in technology, marketing, and sales to help recruiters succeed.
Nowhere else will you have as many opportunities to make an impact.

About You
We are looking for experienced, hungry recruiters for our results-based culture. To succeed with our portfolio, you will have:

• Advanced English skills (mandatory).

• 2+ years of experience in Recruiting and Startups.

• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in the $80K–$200K annual salary range.

• Strong sourcing skills and experience with recruiter tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, Gem, and others.

Our way of working
This is a hybrid position based in Villa Crespo, Buenos Aires. We work onsite four days a week and remotely one day a week (4x1).
We’ve intentionally chosen this model because we believe great recruiting is highly collaborative. Being together allows us to brainstorm difficult searches, share market insights, learn from each other, and continuously improve as a team. The office isn’t just where we work—it’s where we become better recruiters.

Preferred Qualifications
We prefer profiles that complement our skill set and contribute to a stronger, more diverse team.

• Unique skill sets such as People Analytics, Interview Design, Media Management, etc.

• Experience working as a freelancer—acquiring, managing, and satisfying clients’ talent needs.

Culturally, you will thrive if you improve yourself, focus on impact, and are willing to learn and adapt to our unique talent vision.
