• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation processes to capture business and end-user needs.
• Develop business process flows and workflow documentation.
• Identify project dependencies, risks, and constraints, and design mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Coordinate daily with US-based leadership and stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and delivery status across the full project lifecycle.
• Guide delivery teams on project vision, priorities, and implementation plans.
• Facilitate estimation, prioritization, and backlog management sessions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and executive leadership.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Experience managing technical professionals and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience assessing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership, team-building, coaching, and mentoring skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio. Advanced, fluent business
• English proficiency, written and spoken, for client-facing collaboration.
