About the role

We are Improving, an IT services firm focused on AI, Data, and Applications. We modernize legacy systems, build cloud-native platforms, and deliver future-ready solutions through collaborative, long-term partnerships that drive measurable outcomes. In this role, we help teams build modern, dynamic experiences across the stack—connecting a React front end with back-end services and APIs that integrate cleanly end to end. You will work in a cross-functional delivery environment where code quality, reliable releases to production, and continuous improvement are central to how we deliver outcomes for our stakeholders.
What we need you to do

• Build modern, dynamic front-end experiences using React.
• Develop back-end services and APIs to integrate cleanly across the stack.
• Design solutions, propose approaches, and troubleshoot issues on the front end.
• Participate in code reviews and support releases to production.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align implementation with evolving project requirements.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer and/or front-end engineer.
• Hands-on experience with React and back-end development, including Java services and APIs.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Comfort working under deadlines and adapting as project requirements evolve.
• Strong verbal and written communication with team members and clients.
• Collaborative mindset—willing to voice opinions and suggest improvements respectfully.
We value engineers who can own problems end to end: from proposing the right approach, to reviewing code, to helping ensure stable production releases. If you enjoy working across front-end and back-end responsibilities and you bring clear, respectful communication, we’d love to meet you.

Nice to have

• .NET experience (helpful because we may work across Java & .NET services).

Benefits

• Contrato a largo plazo.
• 100% remoto.
• Vacaciones y PTOs.
• Posibilidad de recibir 2 bonos al año.
• 2 revisiones salariales al año.
• Clases de inglés.
• Equipamiento Apple.
• Plataforma de cursos en línea.
• Budget para compra de libros.
• Budget para compra de materiales de trabajo.
At Improving, we also emphasize a culture of teamwork, excellence, and fun, with open communication, personal growth, and shared rewards.
