About the role

In this role, you will join an international company specializing in digital marketplaces and transaction solutions, connecting buyers and sellers across multiple industries. You will take ownership of building QA processes and test automation frameworks from scratch, establishing scalable testing practices across projects. Working closely with the client and engineering teams, you will drive test automation strategy, API and E2E testing, and continuous quality improvement, directly contributing to the development of new products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality products
• Establish and implement QA processes from scratch, directly contributing to product quality and continuous improvement
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks, reusable modules, and automated test scripts
• Create and maintain QA documentation, including test plans, procedures, and execution reports
• Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders to align expectations, provide progress updates, and address quality-related concerns
• Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues in collaboration with development and engineering teams
• Incorporate feedback to continuously improve testing practices, automation processes, and overall product quality
• Contribute to ongoing process optimization while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and team collaboration

Requirements

• Experienced in establishing QA processes from scratch, following industry best practices and company standards
• Proven ability to design and implement test automation strategies and frameworks from scratch, with a focus on scalability and reusability across multiple projects
• Strong programming skills in Java or JavaScript for test automation development
• Solid experience in API and service testing, including relevant testing methodologies and practices
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines for test automation
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka and event-driven systems
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate QA activities across multiple projects
• Strong knowledge of QA processes, including user story analysis, test case design, test execution, and defect management
• Hands-on experience developing automated tests for smoke, regression, integration, functional, end-to-end (E2E), and performance testing
• Strong client-facing communication and quality management skills, including progress reporting, QA metrics, timelines, and stakeholder presentations
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and teams in technical discussions, meetings, and written documentation
