About the Role
Join an early-stage AI customer service software company as an Account Executive, owning complex sales from discovery through signature. Your level and segment will reflect your experience, and your work will help shape the sales approach as the team grows.
What You’ll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, demos, business cases, security reviews, procurement, legal, negotiation, and close.

• Build pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, working with BDR support without relying on it as your sole source of opportunities.

• Develop champions and navigate buying committees across Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, IT, Security, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and executive leadership.

• Own quota, forecasting, pipeline coverage, and new recurring revenue results.

• Develop and improve qualification, executive engagement, and pricing practices, sharing customer insights with product, marketing, and strategy teams.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of personally carrying quota and closing complex, high-value mid-market or enterprise deals with senior and C-suite buyers.

• Demonstrated success generating outbound pipeline independently and managing deals end to end through signature.

• Experience selling software or SaaS to large organizations, ideally involving AI, voice technology, or customer-facing industries such as telecommunications, energy, insurance, or financial services.

• Strong commercial judgment, executive presence, relationship-building skills, and experience developing business cases and negotiating complex agreements.

• Business-level fluency in German and English, and authorization to work in Germany without visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits
On-target earnings range from €130,000 to €180,000, depending on level and segment. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site, five days per week in Berlin, Germany.
