About the role
Crest IT Resources LLC is a US-based IT consulting and staff augmentation firm headquartered in Plano, Texas. We help mid-market and enterprise organizations scale their technology teams quickly with pre-vetted, interview-ready engineers. For this engagement, we are supporting a client’s SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) operations and ongoing warehouse logistics capabilities. The consultant will help maintain and improve inbound/outbound and execution flows across inventory-related processes, while partnering with stakeholders to validate changes through SIT and UAT. The goal is reliable day-to-day support and smooth transitions as the client moves from partial remote coverage to a fully office-based schedule.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking SAP EWM Support Engineer to provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and validation for warehouse execution scenarios.
- Support and troubleshoot SAP EWM processes across Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Picking, Packing, and Put Away.
- Investigate incidents, resolve issues, and coordinate fixes with the appropriate teams when deeper analysis is required.
- Participate in testing activities, including SIT and UAT, to ensure solutions meet functional and operational requirements.
- Document findings and support outcomes to help improve knowledge and reduce repeat incidents.
- Maintain ownership of assigned tasks and drive continuous improvement of the support approach.
- Work effectively within a hybrid schedule (Mon/Fri remote; Tue–Thu on-site now) while the client transitions toward a 5-day in-office work model.
Requirements
We need someone who can support critical SAP EWM warehouse operations and communicate clearly with stakeholders in Spanish.
- Language: Spanish speaking is a must.
- SAP Expertise: Proven experience supporting SAP EWM, including practical knowledge of Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Picking, Packing, and Put Away.
- Testing: Experience in SIT and UAT, including participation in validation of fixes and enhancements.
- Support Mindset: Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to troubleshoot independently.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams; clear, professional communication.
- Flexibility: Must be able to work in the current hybrid arrangement (Mon/Fri remote; Tue–Thu from office) and adapt as the client moves to a 5-day in-office schedule.
- Ownership & Continuous Improvement: We value candidates who enjoy taking ownership and continuously improving processes and outcomes.
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of warehouse management concepts such as Labor Management, Yard Management, and RF Framework.
- Prior experience supporting EWM areas beyond core warehouse execution (e.g., expanded configuration or additional logistics integrations).
- Experience working with structured testing cycles and defect resolution workflows.
Work Setup & Tailoring
We will tailor the work setup to client needs with Colombia or Chile localization. The role is currently hybrid—Mon/Fri remote and Tue–Thu from office—with the client moving toward a 5-day work from office schedule. If you are an SAP EWM professional who enjoys ownership, continuous improvement, and supporting mission-critical finance/warehouse operations, we would like to meet you.
