About the companyOur client is a fast-growing PropTech company revolutionizing the real estate market by bridging the gap between property seekers and managers. Their innovative platform acts as a centralized ecosystem, aggregating listings from all major portals while providing exclusive access to off-market opportunities. By automating the listing and search processes, the team delivers a seamless, data-driven experience that simplifies high-stakes transactions for both individual tenants and professional administrators.
Operating within the dynamic European real estate sector, this scale-up focuses on high-impact automation and intelligent matching technology. The team is dedicated to building a scalable, two-sided marketplace where each participant strengthens the overall network. Joining this ambitious company means working in a collaborative, tech-forward environment focused on solving complex logistical challenges through smart software. Candidates will have the opportunity to drive meaningful innovation in a traditional industry, contributing to a product that provides transparency and efficiency in the modern housing market.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a high-energy, resilient Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for property management companies across Switzerland and the DACH region. This is a pure “door-opener” role focused on high-volume outbound activity. You won’t be closing deals or managing long-term accounts; instead, you will be the engine driving our growth by identifying decision-makers and articulating the value of our AI-driven re-letting solutions. This is an opportunity to work directly with the founders, shape the sales playbook, and play a pivotal role in scaling a high-growth prop-tech startup.

Key Responsibilities- Execute 40–50 high-quality outbound dials per day to pre-qualified leads in the property management sector.

• Pitch decision-makers (Heads of Property Management and C-level executives) to book product demonstrations for the founding team.

• Manage a high-volume pipeline within Pipedrive, ensuring every contact has a status, next step, and accurate follow-up date.

• Collaborate with the founders by listening in on booked demos to understand market objections and refine the sales pitch.

• Verify and approve 10–15 new leads daily from the automated lead generation system to maintain CRM health.

• Consistently hit targets of approximately 15 booked and completed demos per month.

• Native or bilingual fluency in German and Swiss German (Dialect is essential for building rapport with our customer base).

• A “hunter” mindset with a genuine passion for outbound cold calling and the ability to handle rejection with professional persistence.

• Strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage high-volume activity through a CRM.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver a compelling value proposition in under two minutes.

• Residency in Switzerland, with the ability to work on-site in Zurich or remotely within the country.
