Hello. We’re Polaroid. An iconic brand, built by passionate people
Polaroid was founded in 1937 by one of the 20th century’s most influential innovators, Edwin Land, whose philosophy was: “Don’t undertake a project unless it is manifestly important and nearly impossible.”

In 2008, Polaroid produced its last pack of instant film. But a group of passionate fans refused to let instant photography disappear. What started as The Impossible Project grew into a mission to preserve and reinvent analogue photography for a new generation. More than a decade later, that same startup acquired the Polaroid brand and continues to shape its future today.
At Polaroid, we create products and experiences that spark emotion, fuel creativity, and bring people closer together. At the intersection of art and technology, we believe in the power of analogue moments and genuine human connection in an increasingly digital world.

Including controlling the schedule, cost, quality, regulatory and safety targets together with all relevant stakeholders during the product development. You’ll need to have a strong understanding of the product development process, alongside hands-on experience in product realization. Also, you will collaborate closely with our Product Manager, Industrial Design, and other Product Development teams located in Amsterdam, London, and Taipei. • Support the evaluation of business cases, collaborating with operations and product management to align project goals with organizational strategy and objectives.

• Lead efforts to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and incorporate lessons learned from previous projects into current practices.

• Identify potential risks to project timelines, budgets, or quality standards and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Identify resource needs and collaborate with relevant departments to secure necessary resources.

Qualifications:

• Passion for photography and an interest in how camera systems work

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Technical/Engineering/Science/Design/Business fields

• 5+ years relevant experience in technical program management, PMP certification a bonus

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project or similar tools

• Intermediate knowledge of engineering concepts (system device behavior, failure analysis)

• Clear, effective verbal and written communication with the ability to actively listen

• Problem solver, team player, strong intercultural and interdisciplinary communication

• Comfortable exercising judgment and using analytical skills in challenging situations

• Outstanding attention to detail combined with the ability to see the big picture

• Skilled in negotiating and problem-solving with both internal & external stakeholders
