• Build a deep understanding of how growing businesses make decisions about money, time, and risk.

• Frame customer problems, define hypotheses and success measures, and deliver solutions into customers’ workflows.

• Prioritize what to do now, next, or not at all, and adapt as evidence changes.

• Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, and product development.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of product-building experience as a founder, product manager, engineer, or in an equivalent role in a fast-paced environment; experience range is 3 to 10+ years.

• A track record of shipping products and taking ownership beyond formal role boundaries.

• Daily use of AI for prototyping, analysis, drafting, or automation, including work enabled by newer AI capabilities.

• Strong product judgment and attention to detail, especially where customer trust is essential.

• A hands-on approach to prototypes, workflow sketches, and direct data analysis.

• Ability to make decisions amid ambiguity, communicate proactively, and bring others along.
