About the role

Join a fast-growing affiliate lead generation business focused on scaling profitable customer acquisition campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other paid media channels. This is a highly autonomous role where you will take full ownership of assigned verticals, managing campaign performance, testing new growth opportunities, and driving profitability.
You will work closely with a team of video editors, developers, and supporting media buyers who help bring campaigns to life, while you lead strategy, optimization, and scaling decisions. The team operates in a performance-driven environment where success is measured by profitable growth, lead quality, and business impact.
This role offers significant earning potential through an uncapped commission structure and is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, accountability, and building campaigns that directly contribute to the company’s growth.

What You’ll Do

• Write video ad scripts. Research the offer and customer, develop hooks, write direct-response scripts, and create new versions based on results.
• Create image ads. Turn ideas into static ads using AI and design tools. Test different headlines, visuals, and layouts. Use AI to get more work done.
• Research customer pain points, develop angles, draft scripts, generate images, and speed up creative production.
• Work directly with video editors. Send scripts, reference ads, and specific editing instructions. Review drafts and give clear feedback on what to change.
• Launch and manage Meta campaigns. Build campaigns, publish ads, set budgets, and check that tracking is working before spending.
• Manage budgets daily. Increase spend on profitable campaigns, cut losing tests, and move budget between campaigns and offers based on results, lead quality, and buyer capacity. Keep finding ways to scale.
• Turn winning ads into new variations, test fresh concepts, improve landing pages, and launch new offers. Don’t rely on one winning creative.
• Track profit and lead quality. Watch spend, revenue, CPL, margins, accepted leads, and downstream buyer feedback. Cheap leads aren’t a win if they don’t convert for the buyer.

What You Need

• 5+ years of hands-on media buying experience, including current Meta Ads experience. This role includes other platforms, specifically Youtube and Tiktok (among others). It is an expectation that you will be running campaigns on other platforms.
• Experience personally managing $10,000+ per day in ad spend.
• An affiliate lead generation or high-spend direct-response e-commerce background.
• Experience writing scripts, developing creatives, and taking campaigns from initial testing to profitable scale.
• An ability to think outside the box - and think how to drive quality leads to our buyers so that they’re excited, pay more, etc. The ability to decide what to test, what to cut, and where to increase spend without waiting for daily instructions.
• A strong understanding of setting up proper tracking
• Fluent in English

Nice to have skills

• Experience with additional paid media channels (Snapchat, AppLovin, NewsBreak, CTV)
• Direct-response creative development (ad scripts, image ads, AI-assisted content creation)
• Landing page optimization experience
• Experience collaborating with video editors, developers, and media buying teams

Salary Mechanism

Base monthly salary + uncapped commission
