You Have

• Hands on experience building with frontier AI tools: You’ve shipped real workflows using APIs and agentic tools from labs like Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), including prompt design, tool use/function calling, and connecting models to systems like your HRIS, ATS, or Slack.

• 5+ years of experience improving processes or operating models, ideally in People, HR operations, or another internal-services function, with a track record of simplifying a process

• Ability to turn ambiguous challenges into practical solutions.
