About Unlimit

Unlimit is the global financial infrastructure for the borderless agentic economy. Designed to bridge the gap between fragmented local markets and the future of autonomous commerce, Unlimit provides the programmable operating layer for the world’s most ambitious businesses.

Through an integrated technology stack, the platform unifies global payment acceptance, programmable financial accounts, and digital asset rails into a singular financial layer. By mapping hyper-local payment ecosystems directly into its architecture, Unlimit enables businesses to move value and settle transactions instantly across continents.

Built on decades of hard-won regulatory depth and an extensive global license portfolio, the platform provides direct access to a massive global infrastructure. With major hubs in London, San Francisco, Singapore, São Paulo, and Mexico City, Unlimit is building the infrastructure that makes global expansion a matter of code, not geography.

The Role

We have just opened our new office in Hong Kong and are looking for an Office Manager to make it run smoothly every day. You will be the first person our employees, clients and partners meet when they walk through the door, and the one who makes sure everything around them simply works.

Beyond daily operations, you will play a key part in the life of the office: client and partner visits, leadership trips, corporate events and summits. Several major events are already planned for the coming months, so you will be hands-on from day one. This is a great opportunity to shape a new office from the very beginning and set the standard for how it looks, feels and operates.

What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities and workplace services, ensuring a professional and consistently client-ready environment.

Manage relationships with the landlord, building management, utilities, vendors and service providers.

Coordinate procurement, office supplies, furniture, maintenance, repairs and office improvements.

Coordinate with IT on employee equipment, workplace setup, access and meeting-room technology.

Liaise with relevant local authorities and external providers on office-related matters.

Provide operational and technical support for client meetings, conferences and corporate events, coordinating room setup, catering, vendors, AV/video-conferencing equipment and on-site logistics.

Provide on-site support during events and ensure any facilities, technical or vendor issues are resolved promptly.

Support visits of clients, partners and senior management, maintaining a high standard of workplace and guest experience.
