About the role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help drive our digital marketing efforts across SEO, social media, and client retention while keeping a close eye on where legal marketing is headed next. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just execute campaigns, but stays plugged into emerging platforms, trends, and tactics, and regularly brings fresh ideas to the table for growing our client base and strengthening the firm’s online reputation. This role is best suited for someone proactive, analytical, and genuinely energized by marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven recommendations to improve lead generation and conversions.
- Create and refine compelling ad copy, social media content, landing pages, emails, and marketing materials with exceptional grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
- Support SEO, website optimization, and online reputation management to strengthen the firm’s visibility and digital presence.
- Manage and grow the firm’s presence across social media platforms and other relevant platforms.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing and content trends, using those insights to develop and execute new campaigns that increase engagement, generate inbound leads, and strengthen the firm’s brand.
- Maintain and optimize Avvo, Justia, FindLaw, and other legal profiles for visibility and accuracy.
- Create email newsletters and SMS campaigns to engage leads, past clients, and referral sources.
- Track marketing performance, analyze results, and continuously look for new ways to improve, test, and grow.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2-4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a law firm, professional services, or similar environment.
- Strong writing, grammar, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- A creative and analytical mindset, with an interest in using data to improve marketing performance.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership.
- A willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and grow with the firm.
