About the role
We are a lean, agile “Ad Ops as a Service” team headquartered in Denver with tech roots in Buenos Aires. We do not believe in traditional ad ops processes. Instead, we rely on early, continuous delivery and proprietary automation so we can focus on high-value execution, not endless manual data entry.
As our Junior Ad Ops Specialist in LATAM, you will be our hands-on execution engine. Working directly with our leadership team, you will manage complex omni-channel campaigns, intake media assets, traffic campaigns flawlessly in GCM360, and lead QA for Floodlight conversion tags.
If you are an ambitious, meticulous operator looking for stability, a highly collaborative global team, and the ability to actually log off at the end of your shift, come build the future of ad ops with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Intake & Workflow Management: Manage the intake of ad ops requests via project management software, email, and chat, while coordinating daily deliverables, documenting agency requirements, and ensuring accurate timekeeping records.
Data Ingestion & Formatting: Prepare, format, and map agency media plans into our proprietary cloud ingestion workflows with zero data-entry errors, maintaining strict naming conventions and operational workflows.
GCM360 Execution: Build, traffic, and manage a high volume of campaigns, placements, ads, and creatives in Google Campaign Manager 360 utilizing our proprietary toolset.
GTM & Conversion Tracking: Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and validation of Floodlight conversion tracking tags and triggers across client properties via Google Tag Manager.
Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Serve as the QA lead by conducting thorough pre-launch and post-launch reviews, performing daily pacing checks, and resolving delivery issues, tracking discrepancies, or creative rendering errors.
Client Support & Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate directly with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time implementation, proactively communicate status updates, and ensure campaign data is structured properly for client reporting.
Continuous Improvement & UAT: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) of internal automation tools (including Google Workspace, ClickUp, and Make.com) to eliminate manual data entry, and assist in developing standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation.
Required Skills
GCM360 Experience (2+ Years): Direct, hands-on experience trafficking campaigns, setting up placement structures, and assigning creatives in Google Campaign Manager 360.
Fluent English: Exceptional written and verbal English for daily internal syncs and polished client-facing documentation.
Attention to Detail: Hyper-vigilant precision. You naturally catch naming convention typos, mismatched dimensions, and missing landing pages before they go live.
Remote Autonomy: Proven ability to manage your own queue and communicate delays proactively. Consistently follows through on assignments. You build trust across time zones by being responsive, transparent about progress, and dependable without needing close oversight.
Desirable Skills
Google Tag Manager (GTM): Familiarity with setting up, debugging, and verifying container tags and Floodlight triggers.
Media Planning and Buying Exposure: Interest, knowledge and/or certifications in Demands Side Platforms (DSP) platforms such as Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, Basis, Amazon, etc.
Data Literacy: Strong comfort level manipulating structured datasets in Google Sheets/Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables). Basic SQL (BigQuery) is a massive plus.
Conditions & Benefits
Contract Structure: Long-term, annual B2B independent contractor agreement managed transparently via Oyster HR.
Pay As You Go Compensation: $10.00 USD per hour (~$20,800 USD annually)
