About the role
We are Blueworks CRM, software for home service businesses in the US, Canada, and Australia. Today hundreds of active businesses are subscribed and we’re growing fast. https://blueworks.app/
Currently the app uses:
- Render (production/staging)
- GIthub (code itself)
- Neon (database)
- Cloudflare (storage)
- Redis
- Sentry for UI bug reporting
- Coralogix for backend bug reporting
Daily we will use: - Github, Linear, Slack, Codex/Claude/etc
Stack: React 18 + TypeScript, Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL (Drizzle), Tailwind + shadcn/ui, Capacitor (iOS/Android), Twilio, Stripe, Openai API
Details: - Full-time only: this is not a part-time or freelance gig, we want someone fully committed
- Remote, long-term role with room to grow into a lead position as the team expands
- Fixed pay + Bonus (based on daily assessment of work, all factors)

What you’ll work on:
- AI agent
- UX flows: smooth out and improve core user flows
- Internal CRM: build our own tool for client follow-ups
- Security: audit and harden the app (multi-tenant isolation, auth, webhooks)
- Sentry
- Coralogix
- Performance: make the app faster and more efficient
- Offline mode, big one: techs must be able to work in the field without signal Advanced statistics: big reporting/analytics upgrade of all users
- Affiliate CRM
- Plus ongoing smaller features and fixes
Who you are:
- ENGLISH C1+
- Proactive, communicative and comfortable with feedback
- Strong with our stack (React/Node/TypeScript/Postgres)
- AI-native: you use Cursor / Claude Code / etc, but you read, understand code you ship
- Experience working in similar setup
- Good English communication
