About the Role
Join an early-stage B2B software and services company supporting roofing and other trade businesses. In this hands-on individual contributor role, you will begin with outbound prospecting and progress to managing sales from first call through close, helping shape the company’s sales approach as it grows.
What You’ll Do

• Make daily outbound calls to roofing business owners and qualify prospects for discovery conversations.

• Refine call scripts and objection handling based on prospect conversations.

• Progress from booking meetings to running product demonstrations and managing sales conversations.

• Handle objections, send contracts, and close new partners from initial outreach through signature.

• Track sales activity and outcomes, then develop repeatable scripts and processes for future sales hires.

What We’re Looking For

• At least one year of quota-carrying sales experience in an SDR, BDR, AE, or similar role, preferably in outbound sales, with a record of meeting quota.

• Experience executing outbound campaigns, securing prospect meetings, and making high-volume cold calls.

• Native-level German proficiency for conversations with business owners.

• Comfort with CRM systems, sales data management, and activity tracking and reporting.

• Experience selling to SMBs, trade businesses, or owner-operators is helpful, as is experience at an early-stage or venture-backed company.

• Ready to take ownership of the full sales cycle within the first few months and thrive in a hands-on individual contributor role.

Compensation & Benefits
€50,000 annual base salary and €90,000 OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable). Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site, five days per week in Berlin, Germany. Candidates should be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
