About the Role
Build the outbound motion from the ground up for an enterprise-focused Voice AI infrastructure team. You will own pipeline generation and create a repeatable approach to engaging enterprise buyers, working closely with Account Executives while developing outbound as a dedicated discipline.
What You’ll Do

• Research high-potential enterprise accounts and map decision-makers across AI, customer service, IT, product, engineering, and innovation teams.

• Plan and run personalized outbound campaigns across phone, LinkedIn, email, events, and other channels.

• Cold-call senior enterprise buyers and qualify opportunities against clear criteria before handing them to an Account Executive.

• Follow up systematically on inbound leads and market signals to generate conversations.

• Identify event attendees, book meetings before trade fairs, and follow up with prospects afterward.

• Maintain accurate records and workflows in HubSpot, documenting what you learn.

• Test messaging, channels, and sequences regularly, then use results to improve pipeline generation.

• As the team grows, help hire, onboard, and develop additional BDRs.

What We’re Looking For

• Native-level German proficiency and full-time, hands-on outbound or sales experience beyond internships or venture-development rotations.

• Experience running personalized outbound across phone, LinkedIn, and email, including cold-calling senior enterprise buyers.

• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot and the ability to conduct systematic account research.

• Technical curiosity and the ability to understand and sell a technical Voice AI or API product.

• Experience with Voice AI, text-to-speech, API-first tools, enterprise sales, or early-stage startups is helpful.

• Comfort with ownership and building processes without a finished playbook. Prior BDR/SDR experience is welcome but not required.

• Interested in developing outbound as a long-term craft, rather than moving quickly into an Account Executive role.

• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for a fully on-site role.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €40,000 to €65,000 annually. OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable): €60,000 to €80,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany.
