Are you ready for two days on a real trading floor?

Join the Flow Quant Trading Days at our Amsterdam office on 7 & 8 December 2026 - a hands-on quant trading academy for a select group of 15 students. Find out whether trading is for you with an exciting look inside our Trading floor, and the chance to receive a full-time job offer as a Graduate Trader.

Over two days you’ll price, arbitrage and hedge in live simulations, make markets under real time pressure, and go head-to-head with our traders in games built to test your instinct. You will have the opportunity to show your curiosity while shadowing the trading desks, watching news as it hits the market.

What’s in it for you?

• An insight into trading at Flow Traders;

• Introductory classes on traditional finance, Crypto and ETFs;

• Hands-on simulations where you can show your competitive spirit;

• Desk shadowing in small groups;

• Games night to demonstrate your trading intuition - where you’ll go head-to-head with our traders;

• Our in-house facilities: gym with personal trainers, bar, barista, arcade room, and a lounge with daily catered lunches from our chef;

• Dinner in Amsterdam and farewell drinks in the Flow Bar with the trading team;

• And of course, the chance to receive a full-time job offer as a Graduate Trader.

Do you have what it takes?

Are you graduating in 2026 or 2027 from a BSc/MSc STEM degree in the Netherlands, with a demonstrable interest in trading on your CV? Do you code - Python or otherwise - and enjoy reasoning with probabilities and brainteasers? Can you spot an opportunity, and are you assertive enough to seize it? We’re looking for competitive, curious and entrepreneurial students.

The application procedure

We invite you to apply through our website by submitting your resume as well as a persuasive cover letter. The application deadline will be November 13th.

Flow Traders does not accept unsolicited resumes from any professional staffing or search firms. All resumes, and any other information identifying potential candidates, submitted to any employee at Flow Traders via-email, the Internet or directly without a valid and signed search agreement will be deemed free to contact by Flow Traders without any restrictions and no placement fee of any kind will be paid in the event the candidate is hired by Flow Traders.
