About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we’re looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce’s core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
As a Distinguished Technical Architect, you will be one of the most senior and experienced technical architecture practitioners within the Solution Engineering organization. You will play a defining role in helping Salesforce’s most strategic customers become Agentic Enterprises by designing transformative, technical architectures that leverage the full Salesforce Platform, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and other platform capabilities.
This is not simply an execution role. At the Distinguished level, you are expected to shape technical architecture strategy, influence Salesforce’s product and technology direction, and serve as a recognized authority on technical solution architecture both internally and externally. You will work on Salesforce’s most complex, high-value customer engagements across industries and business models—from pre-sales through adoption—while leading executive-level architecture conversations with business and technology leaders.
You will be a central member of the Solution Engineering Architecture organization, whose mission is to inspire, architect, prove, and enable customer success. You will model what it means to be a trusted technical advisor, helping organizations realize measurable business outcomes through the Salesforce Platform and AI-powered transformation.
Modern customer experiences span every stage of the customer lifecycle and increasingly rely on connected data, AI, automation, and digital engagement. These experiences require integrated architectures that leverage the breadth of the Salesforce Platform alongside enterprise applications, data platforms, integration technologies, and partner ecosystems.
As a Distinguished Technical Architect, you will establish technical architecture patterns, reference architectures, and best practices that accelerate customer success across the Salesforce ecosystem.
