About ATTN:

ATTN: is the creative studio and media company that earns attention – and makes it matter. We started as a publisher, building a business around attention that amassed a massive audience, giving us rare insights and valuable distribution. Since then, we’ve grown into a full-service content studio that creates original IP and premium social campaigns for the brands, institutions, and leaders who need more than just visibility. Through creative excellence and a deep understanding of culture, we build trust and drive meaningful impact for our partners.

About the Role

• Lead ongoing modernization of measurement workflows and tooling, and raise the quality and consistency of client-facing reporting and insights.

• Partner with account, strategy and creative teams to design and deliver high-performing campaign experiences from pitch and intake through in-flight measurement and post-campaign insights.

• Design optimization and experimentation programs, including A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and audience research, to continuously raise the bar on client campaign performance.

• Translate measurement outputs into clear, actionable recommendations that drive client budget allocation, audience targeting, and creative optimization.

• Integrate external partners while developing in-house capabilities.

About You:

• 8+ years in digital publishing, media or an agency running measurement projects, such as Brand Lift, Attribution and Sales Lift studies.

• Experience with ad technologies and solid understanding of the marketing analytics ecosystems, including social, video, and influencer measurement.
