About the role
is a boutique Austin-based advertising agency. Our primary in-house expertise lies in media, but we help our clients with their advertising needs well beyond that. We have an arsenal of smart, innovative experts in every facet of advertising that we pull in to round out our expertise when needed. Our agency is anchored by consumer research and meticulously thought out strategies. We don’t label ourselves as either a traditional or non-traditional agency. In fact, we don’t label Bridge IM at all. We just assess every project, partnership, challenge, or consultation in the most relevant strategic manner. We don’t just plan and buy. We think, debate, solve, and deliver. And we feel that’s a unique mantra to exist by.
Funciones del cargo
Responsibilities: You own research, reporting, and recaps for every client at Bridge IM: pulling the data, proving it is right, building the dashboards, and turning what you find into recommendations the team can act on. The work falls into two areas:
- Reporting and Insights: You own what the numbers say and how they get communicated.- Campaign monitoring: Track performance across digital and social channels against KPIs, watching pacing and delivery against plan and flagging anomalies while there is still time to fix
them. - Recurring reporting: Produce weekly and monthly client reporting on schedule, accurate the first time, with an insight attached to every number.
- Campaign recaps: Build post-campaign wrap reports that answer what happened, why it happened, and what we should do differently next time.
- Trends and takeaways: Go past the surface metrics. Identify the patterns across channels, flights, and clients that explain performance, and turn them into takeaways the team can use.
- Optimization recommendations: Surface underperforming placements, audiences, and creative to the Senior Media Buyer/Planner and Media Planner with a specific recommended
action, not just a flagged cell in a spreadsheet. - Narrative: Translate complex data into plain language the account team can carry into a client call and defend on the spot.
- Deck and proposal support: Build the data and charts behind new business proposals, quarterly reviews, and strategic recommendations.
Requerimientos del cargo
- 2+ years of experience as a Media Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar role, ideally in an agency environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables and lookups are second nature).
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards in data visualization tools (Agency Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar).
- Working knowledge of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DSPs) and web analytics (Google Analytics 4).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Opcionales
- Comfort building clean, presentation-ready charts and slides for decks and proposals.
- Proactive, organized self-starter who thrives working remotely.
- Analytical and Critical Thinking: You look at a spreadsheet and see the story hidden in it. You connect data points to business outcomes rather than reporting metrics because they exist.
- Attention to Detail: You are handling large datasets where a single decimal point matters. You are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of everything we put in front of a client.
- Curiosity and Problem Solving: When performance dips or the data looks wrong, you dig for the root cause instead of waiting for instructions. Attention to detail is crucial, so please include the title of your favorite movie or book at the beginning of your application.
