About the role

We are hiring a Control Engineer to support industrial automation projects through VAME Ltd’s seamless, stress-free outsourcing delivery model for small businesses and large enterprises worldwide. In this role, we will help design, develop, and integrate programmable control systems and SCADA solutions that meet technical requirements and project timelines. You will work across development, configuration, and integration activities, leveraging established control system structures, programs, and scripts. The work is fully remote, allowing you to collaborate effectively while planning and monitoring project progress such as development estimates and schedule tracking.
Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Control Engineer with hands-on experience in PLC programming and SCADA system development.

• Develop, program, and maintain programmable control systems.
• Design, build, and configure SCADA systems using GE Cimplicity and/or Siemens WinCC.
• Implement new technologies and integrate them into existing control systems and projects.
• Plan and manage project schedules, including development time estimates, Gantt charts, and progress monitoring.
• Work with existing control system structures, programs, and scripts.
• Ensure project deliverables meet technical requirements and timelines.

Requirements

To be successful, we expect you to bring practical experience designing and integrating industrial control systems.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in PLC programming.
• Experience designing and developing SCADA systems using at least one of:
• GE Cimplicity
• Siemens WinCC Classic
• Siemens WinCC Advanced/Professional
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience implementing new technologies and working on system integration projects.
• Ability to plan and manage project timelines, estimate development hours, and monitor project progress.
  We also value a proactive, organized approach—someone who can troubleshoot and integrate within existing code and structures while keeping delivery on track.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing structured control systems.
• Knowledge of high-level programming languages and script writing.
• Ability to understand, troubleshoot, and work with existing code.
