• Owning and accelerating the go-to-market of RegAI, with the objective of selling it, from launch planning through field enablement and adoption

• Tracking go-to-market performance — pipeline, conversion, win rates, usage, and adoption — and turning it into clear recommendations, including input on packaging and pricing

• Building the field-facing operating system — playbooks, demos, pitch assets, and battlecards — that helps consulting teams position and sell RegAI

• Working with Sia’s directors so that they can sell RegAI: ensuring they have access to the right contacts in client organizations and integrating RegAI into our augmented consulting offerings

• Genuine passion for and working knowledge of AI — you follow the space closely, experiment with the tools, and can hold your own in a technical conversation; no prior experience with RegAI is required, curiosity and the ability to quickly grasp a new product are what matter

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for turning complex technology into clear, compelling stories
