The Experience
This is a sales role focused on proposing solutions to major financial institutions within our Enterprise Sales organization.
Supporting the growth and transformation of large enterprise customers
Territory: Major financial institutions (banks, credit cards, securities, leasing, life insurance, property and casualty insurance, etc.)
Please ask the recruiter for details.
As the account owner for your customers, you will build revenue plans, make proposals to new customers, and drive upsell and cross-sell with existing customers.
Your counterparts will mainly be business leaders such as executives and officers, and you will be able to carry out highly consultative sales activities.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Drive new customer acquisition and deepen existing customer relationships for your accounts, collaborating with Marketing, Inside Sales, Channel Sales, and partners. Go beyond solving customer challenges by proposing, as a Trusted Advisor, the future vision customers want to achieve.
- Deliver services rather than products, so you won’t spend effort on shipping or delivering products and can focus on proposals that drive customer success.
- Most of your counterparts in this organization are CEO-level, allowing you to build proposal skills directly tied to management.
- Because you propose to decision-makers, the time from opportunity creation to contract is short, giving you plenty of closing experience.
You’re Our Person If…
- 5+ years of corporate sales experience covering enterprise accounts in the IT industry
- Direct sales experience
- Experience establishing and practicing opportunity-sourcing methods, prioritization, and sales processes to achieve goals
- Sales experience with an individual quota
- New customer acquisition experience
- Drive for self-growth and the flexibility to enjoy change
- Customer-first mindset, strong commitment to budget, and an active approach
- Openness to adopting new approaches rather than sticking to traditional ways
Even Better If…
- Experience with problem-solving proposals, or a background in SI
- Knowledge of enterprise applications centered on BPM, such as CRM, ERP, BI, SCM, and PLM
- Active use of new technologies such as smartphones, tablets, business applications, and social media
