What You’ll Actually Be Doing

You’re Our Person If…

Even Better If…

The Experience

Salesforce’s Agentforce Marketing is not just an email delivery tool. It is a world-class digital marketing platform that connects every customer touchpoint, including email, mobile, social media, and web, to build a “true bond” between companies and their customers.
We know the struggles and joys of marketers better than anyone, because we ourselves are marketers who have continued to pursue the needs of the field in depth. That is why we make overwhelming product investments that no competitor can match and continue to offer customers the most advanced AI technology. Built on the foundation of Salesforce, the pioneer of the cloud, would you like to shape “next-generation marketing” too?

As a strategic partner to Japan’s leading large enterprises, you will lead proposals that fundamentally transform your customers’ businesses.
Rather than simply selling products, you will stand alongside customers’ management challenges and co-create future revenue. It is a highly rewarding position where you deepen relationships with existing customers while opening up new possibilities (new business).

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Building partnerships: Work with customers every day, understand the “core” of their business models and marketing strategies, and support their growth by running alongside them.
• Advancing marketing sophistication: Make full use of the latest AI agents (Agentforce) and data foundation (Data Cloud) to lift customers’ marketing to a higher level.
• Presenting to executives: Through quarterly business reviews (QBR) and similar occasions, propose to executives and management (C-level) the future vision that technology brings.
• Bringing the voice of the field to the product: Feed the real insights gained in the field back internally, acting as the “voice of the customer” that supports Salesforce’s product evolution.
• Professional contract management: Lead the entire process, from negotiation to closing of complex enterprise contracts, as a business professional.

You’re Our Person If…

• Experience in the enterprise IT industry (5+ years): Experience in complex solution sales to large companies.
• Commitment to numbers: Able to act tenaciously and strategically to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Strong negotiation skills and logical thinking: Able to close complex contracts and shape appropriate value.
• Communication skills: Able to communicate smoothly and professionally in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking).

Even Better If…

• Experience negotiating with C-level: Able to speak confidently to executives about the essence of the business.
• Global perspective: Able to understand diverse cultures and organizations and manage accounts with a broad view.
• Intellectual curiosity: Able to learn new technologies such as AI and data utilization on your own and enjoy applying them to proposals.

Unleash Your Potential
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
