We agree a daily ~3-hour overlap window after you join; it’s never a night shift. - Data decides. Every ad is named and tracked, and editors see the spend, hook rate and hold rate of their own work. - Most tests lose, and nobody gets blamed for it. We test a lot, learn from the losers and scale the winners. - Radical honesty. Feedback is direct and goes both ways. - A short end-of-day report from everyone, every day, so nobody needs meetings to know where things stand.
