Joseph Anthony Group

Joseph Anthony Group is a specialized search, talent intelligence, and capital introduction firm serving the buyside and financial markets, with a strong emphasis on the Crypto and Digital Assets sector. We deliver fast, high-integrity hiring and advisory solutions through disciplined sourcing, deep market expertise, and a hands-on approach. Our goal is to be a long-term partner to both clients and exceptional talent. As quantitative crypto and digital asset markets continue to expand globally, demand for specialist talent and manager-ready capital introductions has outpaced supply. Many firms are either highly technical crypto-native operations or generalist recruiters with limited domain expertise. We bridge this gap with a global, research-driven platform that understands market structure, strategy, infrastructure, and regulation. We serve firms in New York, London, Singapore, Dubai, and beyond, helping organizations access the talent and resources they need to drive innovation and growth.
