Forest

Want to create a greener future for our cities? Our vision is a future of affordable mobility services which support the environment. A transformation is taking place across our cities and, with Forest, we can all start building a healthier & more sustainable future for our urban communities. Forest is a fast-growing and innovative micro-mobility company with a global team making transport more sustainable and affordable for London travellers. We combine easy to use micro-mobility solutions with a unique marketing platform to make rides cheaper and greener for our users and partners. Our Values Put People First Our people are what makes forest forest. So we listen with care, lead with kindness and create a safe space where everyone can show up as their authentic self, being treated equally, respectfully and with no judgement. We do the right thing - for our employees and our users - even when no one is watching. Build Together We can’t do this alone. We believe in collaboration, transparency and keeping each other in the loop, even when the news is tough. We ask for help when we need it and enjoy supporting others. We're not afraid to hire people better than ourselves and celebrate strengths different to our own. Inspire Trust We trust people with autonomy and empower them to work in a way that enables their best performance. We give and encourage candid feedback and treat mistakes not as reasons for blame, but as opportunities to learn, grow, and strengthen how we work together. Take Ownership We start small, dream big, own our mistakes and learn from them to make progress happen. We don’t outsource accountability. We find solutions to problems before we’re asked to, and proactively take responsibility and ownership of our work. Embrace Joy We don't take ourselves too seriously and know the importance of having fun. Whether on a bike, on slack or in the office, we prioritise shared experiences, celebrating wins and having a laugh. We make work a place people want to be. Unlock Innovation We do things differently. We adapt to changes quickly, challenge assumptions, push boundaries, and aren’t afraid to experiment or fail. We prioritise curiosity over red tape, implementing creative solutions from small, incremental changes to major breakthroughs that continuously improve what we do. Be the Best "Good enough" isn't good enough when we’re building something that matters. We hire people who are the best in their field, we work hard and challenge each other to excel at what we do. We solve root causes rather than patch symptoms, choosing the right path over the easy one and balance speed with thoughtfulness. Make an (actual) Impact We’re doing something that’s bigger than us. We're building Forest with intention, substance and sustainability in mind, not as a PR exercise but as a reflection of who we are. No matter what your role is, we can all make a difference for our people, our users, and change how London moves.
