About the role

Imotio.Doc is our system for recording and transcribing doctor–patient consultations. The system monitors consultation quality using the Calgary-Cambridge model and helps clinics more than double their rate of repeat appointments.
We’re now preparing to enter the Latin American market, and we need a driven business developer to launch sales there and, over time, grow into the role of Regional Manager.

Job functions

Your main goal will be to launch and grow sales in LATAM. You’ll also:

• Find partners and integrators, and build your network
• Create a sales strategy and a plan to reach the targets, then carry it out and adjust it when needed
• Get to know both our product and the client’s industry in depth
• Analyze the international market, competitors, and industry trends to find new growth opportunities
• Work with other team members to offer clients the best solution. During a deal you’ll work closely with the product team and can bring developers into negotiations when needed

Qualifications and requirements

What we’re looking for:

• You understand solution (project-based) selling and know how to sell through expertise
• You have extensive B2B sales experience in international markets (LATAM) and a track record of closing large deals
• You speak fluent English
• You can work out client needs and technical requirements, show the value and ROI of implementation, and are comfortable with sales cycles of 2+ months

Desirable skills

Nice to have: an established network among IT integrators and/or healthcare organizations in our target regions.

Conditions

What we offer:

• A contract with our US entity
• Remote work and paid business travel
• Company-paid professional development: courses, training sessions, workshops, and conferences
