About the Role

Understand hiring needs and translate them into effective searches on the marketplace.
Generate demand through outbound outreach, referrals, partnerships, events, and content.
Personally execute cold calls and tailored email and LinkedIn campaigns.
Test messaging, channels, customer segments, and commercial approaches, then turn successful experiments into repeatable processes.
Partner with talent and product teams to improve matching, client experience, and marketplace liquidity.
Track the demand funnel and improve conversion at each stage.
